This morning as we continue our series in the book of Acts, we take a closer look at the sin of Annanias and Sapphira and God’s swift punishment. Out of all the sins that could have been pointed out as the first recorded one in the early church, why did our Lord choose to use this sin as a warning to his church?  That’s one question we’ll look to answer this morning, even as we ask God’s Spirit to lead us in self-examination regarding this same offense.
