Our Long-Suffering Lord
This morning as we continue our walk with Christ through the gospel of Mark, we follow him off the Mount of Transfiguration into a valley filled with the devil's dew. The disciples had failed to deliver a young man from a demon and the teachers of the law are all over them with their abusive ridicule. Jesus gets one whiff of what's going on and gives this frustrated declaration: "O unbelieving generation; how long shall I stay with you?" Who is that directed to and why does he say it? Can you imagine Him every saying that to...you?
